INCLX (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tutoring, coaching, academic support, and related educational services.

1. We are not affiliated with any federal or state government agency. INCLX is an independent business.

  • While INCLX is a Registered Vendor with state-run Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) programs, Vendor approval does not imply endorsement, partnership, or joint programming.
  • Eligibility and funding decisions for VR participatns come only from VR Agencies.

 
2. No Medical, Clinical, or Therapeutic Advice

  • INCLX does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
  • We do not diagnose or treat any condition.
  • Our services are educational and supportive only.
  • Always consult a licensed professional for medical or mental health concerns.

 
3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

  • Content, coaching, and guidance from INCLX are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • Users are fully responsible for their own decisions.

 
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

  • We do not guarantee academic, employment, behavioral, or personal outcomes.
  • Progress varies by individual and depends on many factors outside our control.

 
5. Background Checks. Tutors and mentors working with INCLX may have undergone background checks conducted by: INCLX’s third-party screening services, State-run VR programs, or other authorized agencies or employers.

  • Background checks vary by role, assignment, and agency requirements.
  • A completed background check does not guarantee safety, suitability, or future behavior.
  • Parents, guardians, and clients should use their own judgment when engaging services.

 
6. Responsibility for Minors. A parent or legal guardian must authorize services for minors.

  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervision and the learning environment during sessions.
  • INCLX does not assume responsibility for home safety, parental decisions, or unsupervised use of technology.

 
7. Independent Contractor Status
INCLX staff, tutors, and contractors are not employees of VR or any government agency.

  • No joint employment, partnership, or joint venture exists between INCLX and VR.

 
8. Online Services & Technical Limitations. INCLX uses third-party platforms for communication and sessions.

We are not responsible for:

  • internet outages,
  • technical failures,
  • data loss,
  • interruptions,
  • device or browser issues.
  • Users must maintain their own internet, security, and privacy settings.

 
9. Website Information and External Links

  • Website content may change, contain errors, or become outdated.
  • External links are provided for convenience only.
  • INCLX is not responsible for third-party content or websites.

 
10. Personal Responsibility. By using our site or services, you agree that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions.
