Shannon Sullivan

Shannon is INCLX’s primary authority on autism. Her guidance sets the standard for how we support neurodivergent clients across every level of our work.
She is the founder and director of the annual Autism Resource Fair, now more than a decade running and recognized as one of the largest and most anticipated autism-focused resource events in the nation.
Shannon has spent years hiring, mentoring, and supporting autistic individuals in everyday settings. Her understanding is practical and lived, shaped by long-term relationships and a deep familiarity with autistic needs and support.
Christian Allen

Prior to founding INCLX, Christian built over 30 years of experience across finance, market research, design, mentoring, and the arts.
His career began as a database manager and early internet web developer for a hedge fund, followed by a long tenure in qualitative research and work as a recording engineer, including collaborations with Laraaji and HH The Dalai Lama. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and has contributed to global online research initiatives for organizations such as Apple, Coca-Cola, Levi’s, and Adidas.
At INCLX, Christian is personally involved in every Delta case and mentors a diverse range of clients, from neurodivergent high school students to inclusive-minded executives.
Eric Anderson

Eric is a Lead Tutor & Mentor at INCLX and a professional lecturer, artist and architect; his master-level drafting and craftsmanship appears in global destinations like Shanghai Disneyland and Baha Bay, a luxury beachfront waterpark at Baha Mar.
He mentors a wide range of learners, from neurodivergent inner city youth, to professionals in demanding fields who seek him out to sharpen their thinking and skills. Eric brings a rare blend of structure and artistry to his work. His transition from architect to mentor reflects a deep commitment to transforming personal experience into communal healing and prosperity.
Deepak Chaturvedi

Deepak has built a distinguished career in physical security while also helping young professionals grow in both business and life.
A board member of ASIS International, he is a security consultant and systems architect with expertise in cybersecurity and AI. His work includes designing and installing over 200 large-scale security systems for airports, government institutions, and major arenas around the world.
Deepak has mentored high-profile engineers and developers, but enjoys working with learners of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. He is deeply committed to supporting people who are striving to grow, contribute, and make a positive impact in their own lives, and in their communities.
Matthew Park

Matthew is a Tutor with INCLX who brings a calm, practical approach shaped by an unusually wide range of real-world experience.
He has worked as a practicing attorney, a certified medical coder, a successful and renowned Colorado business owner, and a respected figure in Denver’s programming and ethical-hacking community. He also built and runs an invite-only YouTube channel on spirituality and finance that has grown to tens of thousands of followers.
He has taught high school, AP, and college-level students, as well as incarcerated individuals earning their GEDs. Matthew focuses on true comprehension rather than rote memorization. His style is simple, clear, and centered on helping learners make sense of what they’re doing.
Derris Newman

Derris brings more than two decades of experience in computer information systems, data modeling, and feasibility analysis for major developments across the U.S.
Derris also serves as Recording Secretary of Denver’s historic OWL Club, a 50-year institution dedicated to uplifting and honoring Black women and young role models. In this role, Derris has managed grants, digital systems, communications, and the club’s successful inclusion on the State and National Historic Registries.
Derris carries this level of long-term vision and spirit of service into his tutoring and mentoring approach.
